It's what makes us entirely unique here at Orchard Therapeutic Care - education, work experience and training are part of the personalised package offered to our young people in order to provide them with the character strengths, resilience, and independence skills they need to take confident steps into adulthood. 

Through our alternative education provision, all children who access our homes have the opportunity to gain post-16 qualifications and valuable work experience. This ensures they are well-prepared for a successful career or further training. 

Our approach is underpinned by therapeutic support, helping young people understand their feelings, emotions, and behaviours so they can manage and overcome their trauma.
