Leaving care is a big step – and no one should have to do it alone. Our Life After Care Outreach Programme gives care-experienced young people aged 16–25 the practical tools and emotional support they need to move confidently into independence. Over 8–12 weeks, we help with housing, money management, education, employment, health and community connections – working alongside your Personal Adviser to keep your Move-On Plan on track. Importantly, this support is open to all care-experienced young people, not just Orchard Therapeutic residents.
