  • Policies & Safeguarding

At Orchard Therapeutic Care, your safety and wellbeing come first. We have clear policies and safeguarding procedures in place to make sure every young person in our care feels protected, respected, and supported. These policies help us stay consistent and make good decisions.

Safeguarding: What It Means for You

Safeguarding is about keeping you safe – not only physically, but emotionally and mentally too.
    This means we will:

    • Take action straight away if you ever feel unsafe or at risk

    • Make sure bullying, harm, neglect or exploitation are never ignored

    • Support you in speaking up if something isn’t right

    • Work with social workers, families, health professionals and other agencies to keep you safe

You can talk to any member of staff if something worries you. We’ll always listen, take you seriously, and act quickly.
